这个flat是个女生flat，4bedroom，转让的是我自己的房间。邮编是LE1 6UP，地址35 Rawson street。contract的开始日期是9月1到明年的6月30，租金分三段交。现在在uk的筒子签约付了第一期的租金就可以提包入住拉，不用deposit，合约是与SULETS签，不放心的筒子可以直接去学校的SULETS的办公室签约。DMU和Leicester U都有。
