children go to primary one when they reach five.  For your daughter, she can go to rising fives i.e. reception class.  She can join year 1 in September 2016 when she is 5.  She can go to a state school for free or join a public school (private school) with fee and the fee would be around £10,000 a year.  Hope the above help
