你好，可以先跟dissertation supervisor沟通，一下，我以前有个同学，也是同样的问题。

Book an apppointment with your dissertation advisor or supervisor and then explain your situation. If it is not too serious, you may have chance to redo it. As far as I know, the university does not like this kind of situations occurring there as well.
