小弟，初来乍到，请问什么时候可以拿到在读证明呢？如果可以去哪里开呢?(开账户用）另外哪里可以注册医院啊？万分感谢！！

u may ask for this letter in fielding johnson builing, at the reception desk on the the ground floor.
there will be a letter sent to about the contact of ur personal gp
