英国工作移民政策大变，高技术移民Tier 1 (General)和PSW将会在明年4月取消，并且大幅度削减工作移民。

and if you wish you can apply the visa before April 2010, before then nothing happens

根据Home Secretary 的叙述，以下是明年可能的趋势

(1)Tier 1(G) 高技术移民申请将关闭(已经确定)
(2)学生签：语言签证将取消，签证将只给本科以上学位
(3)PSW签证取消

对大家都很不利
